Which shipping carrier do you use?”
We use UPS as our primary shipper all year around.
Do you ship to Canada?
No. At this time, we only ship within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska).
Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, but Puerto Rico is considered International shipping and additional rates will apply as it can only be shipped International Priority. Please contact us directly at (888) 232-0240
Can I receive my package on Saturday or Sunday?
UPS is unable to deliver on Saturday nor on Sunday. Local courier delivery may be available upon special request (surcharge) for Saturday but, Sunday delivery is generally unavailable. Please contact our customer service at (888)-232-0240 or (754) 210-1764 (local number).
UPS/Courier deliveries are regularly from Monday to Friday.
Can my chocolates be delivered the same day I place my order?
Yes, if your order needs to be delivered the same day within the city of Miami, Florida. We need a minimum four hour window for courier delivery.
How can your chocolates arrive in good condition during the summer (during hot weather)?
We guarantee it! See our Shipping Policies Page for additional shipping information. We ship our chocolates in insulated containers when the temperatures get too hot for our chocolates and extended shipping times are unable to be offered. Please check oShipping Policies ur Page for additional shipping information.
Can I include a customized greeting card?
Yes, on the checkout screen “Additional Information / Message Card” there is space for your customized greeting/message. We will include your message in a printed card with your order at no cost.

Do you outsource your chocolates?
NO. We are proud to make all of our chocolates from scratch, freshly made every day in our factory kitchen in Ica - Peru.
If I placed my order last week, why is the order status still “pending approval“?
We keep the order status as “pending approval” until the day it is processed and shipped. We ship out the order based on requested delivery day, this way the receiver will obtain the freshest chocolates possible.
Will the invoice be included in the package to be shipped?
Do not worry; we will NEVER include the invoice with the chocolates, regardless of whether it is a gift or not. The invoice is only sent via email to the person who placed the order.

Any allergy information I should know about?
Our Chocolates and Fondants gluten free.
Our Truffles line can contain nuts and dairy.
Our Chocolate can contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
Please note, however, because our products are all made in the same facility, they may contain traces of nuts, dairy (milk proteins), gluten, and eggs. We always strive to clean everything very thoroughly; however, we cannot guarantee that traces don’t remain. We don’t want to take any chances especially since some people can have very severe and sensitive nut allergies.
Which chocolates contain alcohol?
In our Truffles line as well as Raisin Chocolates include minimum amounts of alcohol in the chocolates (Pisco and others)
Is any of your products organic or kosher?
Not at this time.
Do you use Fair Trade chocolate?
Not at this time.
Is your chocolate sugar-free?
No. Our chocolates do contain sugar, but only in very low quantities as compared to other chocolate brands. We do not add any additional sugar inside of our chocolate mix for sweetening. We want our customers to taste the amazing flavor of pure, fresh chocolate.
What is your Return Policy?
Here at Romanicos Chocolate, our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.
We Care! Our chocolates are fresh made daily and contain no preservatives, for that reason, we are very conscientious of the method in which we ship and the condition in which we want the product to arrive. We also guarantee our shipping; our warranty states: We want you to enjoy chocolate the way it’s meant to be, perfect! When we say perfect, we mean it! We guarantee that your chocolate will arrive fresh and not melted. If not, let us know, and we will immediately send you a replacement package!
We stand behind everything we make and guarantee that our chocolates leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our product and for custom products, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds for items that are not damaged or defective. If, for some reason, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
